Complete Air Conveyed Solutions. Paper and Dust Pros provides compact custom solutions for your unique manufacturing operations. For over 50 years we have designed, engineered, fabricated, installed and serviced high-quality scrap removal systems for clients across a variety of industries, including packaging manufacturers, wood shops, metal fabricators and more. We continue to manufacture “The Original” patented air product separator (APS).

A typical Paper and Dust Pros system includes suction hoods, ducts, fans, and filters with the option to incorporate an air product separator and baler. Each system is custom designed to reduce labor cost, increase usable space, and make your work environment cleaner, safer, and more attractive for both employees and visiting customers.

We also manufacture air separator systems that can be designed to operate with a push, pull, or balanced air flow. You can alter the physical aspect of the system to feature windows, body doors, special screens, rotary air locks, dump valves, spacer chutes, and more.
